The service starts again with one common database setting

    What was broken
The settings let you name the small file-based database as "sqlite3". With that name the service crashed on startup, because one part still did not know it.
    What I changed
That part now treats "sqlite3" as the same database, the way the rest of the service already did.
    Why it matters
People using that setting can start the service and sign in again.

Signing out reaches every connected app again

    What was broken
When someone signs out, the service tells connected apps to sign them out too. For some security settings that message was never sent, or apps rejected it.
    What I changed
The sign-out message is now locked with the same method and key as the app's sign-in pass.
    Why it matters
Signing out in one place signs you out of the connected apps, whichever security setting they use.
