Code editors can now check tool handlers properly
- What was broken
- The part of the kit that answers tool requests didn't say what it hands to a developer's code, so code editors couldn't warn about mistakes there.
- What I changed
- I spelled out that it passes the tool's name and its inputs, a one-line change.
- Why it matters
- Small fix. Code checkers can now catch wrongly written tool handlers before they run.
