Two services that use the same fake in a test now share it

    What was broken
When two services in a test needed the same automatic fake, each got its own copy. The test could only reach the last one, so checks on it missed calls made through the first service.
    What I changed
I made the testing tools build the fake once and hand that same one to every service that asks for it.
    Why it matters
A test can check one fake and see every call made to it, as the docs say.

Test mocks reach services that get a fresh copy per use

    What was broken
Nest's testing tools can fill in missing parts of a test with automatic fakes. Since 11.1.20, a service that gets a fresh copy on each use was never built in such tests, and code using it got nothing.
    What I changed
The automatic fake is now treated as one shared value, so the service is built with it as before.
    Why it matters
Tests that worked on 11.1.19 work again, without each project adding its own workaround.
