Reproducing a run uses only the run's own settings

    What was broken
Repeating a finished run, or resuming one, mixed the settings in the local config file into the saved ones. A single extra plugin setting on another machine changed the result, so the reproduced model did not match the original.
    What I changed
I made the saved settings load on their own, without reading the local config file, environment variables or command line.
    Why it matters
A saved run gives the same model wherever it is reproduced.

Square brackets in AI text no longer crash the run

    What was broken
With the option to print prompts and the AI's replies turned on, text with square brackets, like [/INST], crashed the program, and other bracketed words vanished from the output.
    What I changed
I made the printing treat brackets as plain text, not as formatting codes.
    Why it matters
Runs finish, and the printed text shows exactly what the prompt and the AI said.
