File type checks no longer read dots in folder names

    What was broken
When asked for a file's type, raylib looked for the last dot anywhere in the path. A file with no type inside a folder like "assets.v2" came back as type ".v2/readme", so a game could pick the wrong loader.
    What I changed
It now looks only at the file's own name. Sound loading also handles a file with no type instead of crashing.
    Why it matters
Games load their files correctly no matter how the folders are named.
