Search results with scores and no content now come back right
- What was broken
- With the older protocol, a search that asked for scores or sort keys but no content returned scores as if they were documents, and asking for payloads made the call fail.
- What I changed
- The client now reads those per-document values first and steps over empty payloads.
- Why it matters
- Programs that rank search results by score get the right documents.
